Chipper loves his Christmas present. It was a new rooster. He ran around the house for 2 hours. This is a picture of him taking a quick rest.

Thanksgiving 2009

Carol made the most beautiful Thanksgiving centerpiece. She should truly be a florist.

Left to right, Sean, Katy, Corban, Helen, Beth, Emma and Debbie. We went for a quick walk in a natural foot path in Virginia Beach. It was extremely hot but very beautiful.
The weather was beautiful and Katy, Corban, Aunt Linda and Emma had lots of fun in the O'Connell's back yard. The pool is GREAT!


Beth, Emma and I were able to get down to Virginia Beach for some wave jumping. Emma loved the beach!
O.K., everyone in the pool! So, the trick was.... "Wait! I have to get my cell phone out of my pocket." So, there was a break in the hold for just enough time for Ralph to get a good grip on Sean and they all went in!

Everyone is in the pool now. Some dressed for it and some not so dressed for it!
Debbie has a beautiful back yard with so many opportunities for family fun! We all had an awesome time.

Summer Fun

We spent the 4th of July with Carol & Norm. We went downtown for the fireworks. They were lovely as always.
We visited Wally & Debbie Dillingham in Ogunquit, ME. It was nice to see them again.

Mom at the helm. She spends a lot of her time there while dad navigates and tends to the sails. Reading the markers is not an easy job. But, they always know what they are doing.

During out trip to Virginia Beach, we were able to go sailing with Mom & Dad on the Chesapeake Bay. It's always a wonderful time. I'm always amazed by how relaxing and peaceful it is. Of course, I'm not doing much of the work...
